Tony Blair’s tribute to General Sir Mike Jackson

I am so sorry to hear the news about Mike Jackson. Mike was an outstanding soldier and leader. I had the immense privilege of working with him over several campaigns. He was astute, tough and extraordinarily capable. I knew as Prime Minister that whatever the task he could be trusted to carry it out with skill and courage. My deepest condolences to Sarah and all his family. He will be greatly missed.
